Migration and Adaptation
Brighton — Tbilisi
This work has evolved in response to personal experiences in light of the Russia/Ukraine conflict. The poster is part of a broader project that attempts to develop strategies of connection and togetherness across borders during times of crisis through design.
The project utilises design probes and creative, collaborative practice to maintain meaningful relationships with loved ones while offering support during times of extreme stress and uncertainty.
Since February, my best friend lives in Tbilisi, Georgia. This poster consists of pieces of photos that we have been sharing with each other for few months. We combined the pieces of photographs by colour and put them together, that looks like visualisation of a dream, as dreams are place where all your memories and emotions are mixed.
